IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Cordeos is experiencing high service volumes, there may be delays in some business replies. Contract support services are not affected.
Due to our tightly integrated, distributed technical team across several countries, Cordeos managed IT services will not be affected by local travel bans, lock downs or quarantines. Cordeos has also taken further steps to ensure sufficient resources work from home to eliminate any possibility of interruption to critical IT maintenance, management, monitoring and support services.
Pushing to improve connectivity, access and reliability for smaller, remote branch offices Cordeos announced our newes generation Office-in-a-Box. Our new small office HPE server measures only 25cm square with 8TB of protected disk storage.
When installed with our customized VMware small or branch office virtualized Windows active directory domain Controller, file server, VoIP PBX and Sophos VPN Firewall - an entire small office system or replicated branch office can all be safely and reliably contained in a single low-cost, no-noise, self-cooling server box. No more clutter of separate routers, firewalls, VoIP PBX appliance, and servers - just one box with all necessary systems neatly and cleanly virtualized in one small, reliable and low energy box.
In our continued strong effort to maximize security of client data and systems, Cordeos has implemented a new, fully encrypted, high-security password management system. After more than a year of design, testing and security evaluations, our new advanced system to tightly control and monitor staff access to IT system credentials has been rolled out to all offices and operational groups.
