Position: Singapore Junior IT Support Professional

Professional Requirements:

• IT or Computer Science Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Training or experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking

• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment
• Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Responsibilities:
Configuring and installing PCs, servers, routers and switches, connecting PCs to TCP/IP networks, installing and maintaining peripheral equipment, such as printers, modems, scanners, etc., as well as perform troubleshooting and repair of low-level PC, server, network and software issues and other hardware and software tasks as assigned both in-house and at client sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 4yrs work experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking, Mac OS, Firewall and VPN technology
• Engineer level certification by some of Microsoft, Cisco, HP, VM Ware, others
